Once online payments are introduced, we will also collect billing information needed to process a booking. Payments are handled by a third-party payment provider. We do not store your full card details on our own systems.

If you contact us through the website, we'll keep a record of that conversation so we can respond and follow up.

We use your information to arrange and deliver lessons, communicate with you about bookings, tailor lessons to how you learn best, and respond to enquiries. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Who we share it with

We share relevant details with the tutor delivering your lessons, so they can prepare and personalise your sessions. Once payments go live, necessary billing details will be shared with our payment provider to process transactions securely. We don't share your information with anyone else unless we're required to by law.

We keep your information for as long as you're an active learner with us, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you return or for record-keeping purposes. About our services

Lalia provides personalised language learning, including one-to-one and group lessons, free consultations, and our faith-based Gospel Masterclass. Our tutors and lessons are offered in good faith to help you build genuine language skills.

Bookings

Free consultations and paid lessons can be booked through our website. Please provide accurate information when booking so we can prepare properly for your session. Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation or class session.

Payments

Once online payments are introduced, fees for lessons will be clearly shown before you complete a booking. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Because consultations are completely free, no refund parameters apply. Clear refund and credit policies for paid packages will be provided to you before you sign up for ongoing classes.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Lalia website and our services respectfully, and not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for anything unlawful.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, branding, and course materials, belongs to Lalia or is used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our consent.

Liability

We do our best to provide accurate information and reliable lessons, but we can't guarantee specific learning outcomes, and we're not liable for issues outside our reasonable control.
